Message	the aftermarket. If the new Z doesn't have any major weak links ( nearly every sports coupe has one ) like differential, head gasket, transmission, clutch, etc. then the aftermarket could improve on the body, and certainly on its performance. Just don't know how much tuning/mods would void the warranty these days. Sure wouldn't want to blow a motor in a new $45k car. They'll know in a year what its safely capable of.
